Bybees Rippy of Suregrip,(Rip n' Woody x Miss Cindy ).
Rippy is 100% Suregrip blood and was our first female we bought her in 1990 from Al Banuelos but actually Kyle Symmes had produced her.
Although we no longer have Rip, we wanted to mention her here. She is Willow and Max's great grand dam and A. B. A. Grand Champion Little Rip and A.B.A. Grand champion Raging Boner's mother and A.B.A. champion Bybee's Fishbone's grand dam and ABA Champion Bybees Rip n'Willow and Apex's Maximus Steeles great grand dam.
Rip is one of the dogs I would leave in the house with my family when I left for work each night, knowing if anyone wanted to enter my house and harm my family that they would have had to kill Rip first. Her love and devotion knew no limits and her intelligence was uncanny. Rip is without a doubt the biggest reason for us loving this great breed so much and staying with Suregrip lines. Its hard for me to write this even now as I had to put her to sleep in December, her heart wanted to go on but her body at nearly 12 years old just couldn't. She had never growled or snapped at anyone until the day the vet came to the house to give her final shot and she wouldn't let him near her, she knew something bad was going to happen and didn't want to leave us. We will always miss her.
