Bybee's Nitro of Sure Grip was the bravest most courageous and intimidating looking American Bulldog we have ever had the pleasure of owning, his head was 28 1/2' around and like a basketball his body was wide low and thick he weighed around 115lbs lean everywhere he went people couldn't believe the way he looked.
Nitro had a quiet confidence about him and he was ever loyal and protective, he wasn't an overly affectionate dog, you knew he liked you if he sat next to you and let you pat him on the head..our daughter would spend hours with him in the yard riding him like a horse with hay twine for a bridle and reins and he would patiently walk around the yard with her clinging on and then wait when she feel off till she got back on. Nothing bothered him or could scare or upset him his pain threshold was of the chart and so to was his prey drive (from chickens to horses if he could get to it he'd catch it) he was king of our yard and everyone knew it! We miss him.
We bred him twice which resulted in two totally different but exceptional litters.
